Fan blades:
Variable cross-section streamline aviation fan blade

  • 5052H32 aviation grade aluminum plate material, 1.5MM thick, with 5 blades capable of withstanding a tensile force of more than 3 tons, without breaking upon impact;
  • Variable cross-section streamline fan blade: the blade gradually narrows from the root to the tip, thins and widens at the tail, with more balanced force, no fracture risk, less wind resistance, more uniform air flow and no cavity in the middle;
  • Lighter and safer: The 7.3 meter fan blade weighs only 6.7KG per piece, making it lighter and safer

Wheel hub chassis

  • Better mechanical performance: Made of 6061T6 aviation grade aluminum material processed by CNC lathe and CNC precision machining process, the appearance remains highly consistent, the metal flow line is complete, and the chassis has better mechanical performance;
  • More precise dynamic balance: After CNC machining, the chassis accuracy tolerance is controlled at 100um, ensuring accurate dynamic balance of the chassis.

Mortise and tenon connection:
The full mortise and tenon connection structure ensures the overall safety of the fan

  • Motor and chassis: Tightly connected through inner and outer cones, even if the motor shaft is loose and broken, the inner and outer cones form a structural self-locking to prevent falling;
  • Chassis and blade handle: The blade handle is connected to the chassis through a hook type mortise and tenon joint, and the bolts are not under force, ensuring overall strength;
  • Blade and petiole: closely matched with the blade buffer chamber, efficiently releasing the vibration and stress generated by blade rotation, eliminating resonance, reducing motor load, and extending service life.

Fall arrest safety ring

Connect the 5 leaf stems with the motor cover to ensure that the leaf stems do not separate and fall.

Wire rope winding protection

The installation plate and beam are wrapped with 1000KG tensile strength steel wire rope to ensure that the overall structure of the fan is not loose or falling.

Anti fall self-locking device

The motor output shaft tightening device (patented inner cone design) forms a structural self-locking mechanism, ensuring that the hub and output shaft are not loosened.

Integrated hub

The patented integrated wheel hub is embedded with 5 special-shaped fasteners, which are self-contained and can withstand a tensile force of over 11 tons after being tested by authoritative government departments.

Real time monitoring and proactive maintenance

The Dawang Intelligent Remote Control System monitors equipment operating parameters, motor temperature rise, and equipment levelness in real-time.

Streamline variable cross-section blade design

By applying aerodynamic and other chord length theories, combined with the principle of relative linear velocity, the blade gradually narrows and thins from root to tip, with more balanced force, more uniform air supply, and no voids in the center.

Abnormal alarm system

The variable frequency control system comes with overvoltage, overload, and short circuit accident protection, and automatically alarms and stops the fan operation when encountering abnormalities.

Steel wire rope balance protection

The four steel wire ropes utilize the principle of balance and are fixed by the building's traction, ensuring that the fan machine is not swayed or dropped by external forces and airflow.

High strength riveting of blades

Each blade is riveted together with 16 high-strength rivets and the buffer chamber from top to bottom, forming an independent surface for stress. Each rivet is designed to carry a shear capacity of 1.5 tons.

Mortise and tenon style blade handle connection

Mortise and tenon connection: The "concave" section of the blade handle forms a joint with the "convex" section of the buffer, eliminating the centrifugal force outward from the blade during fan operation and the shear force during fan start and stop.

Anti desoldering safety module

The L-shaped connection device firmly connects the flange plate of the rack to its column, even if the flange plate is detached from the column, the overall rack structure is firm and does not fall.

Damping and buffering device

The blade handle and blades are non rigid connected using a vibration damping device, with a unique vibration isolation rubber pad that absorbs most of the vibration generated by the blades during fan operation.

Material of aviation grade anti-collision blades

The 1.5MM thick 5052 aviation aluminum plate can withstand a tensile force of more than 3 tons, with ultra-high material toughness, ensuring that the blades can quickly transform and effectively absorb external forces when impacted, preventing blade fracture while greatly avoiding damage to the motor and other structural components.
